The "Big Hanna" composters are specifically designed and adapted to the particular needs of local biological food waste composting in hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, correctional centers, multi-apartment buildings, catering services, private housing, remote locations or cafeterias. The "Big Hanna" composters are made in 5 different models to fit your needs of local in situ composting.

The five "Big Hanna" composter models have food waste composting capacities from 75 à 1200 kg per week. This food waste composting capacity range may adapt to housing buildings having from 15 to 250 apartments.

Before ordering a "Big Hanna" composter for a catering facility we recommend to our customers weighing the food waste for one week to make sure that the proper model is chosen.
